Trick or Treat!

Hurray for that most wonderful time of the year!

,,, and no, I did not mean Christmas just yet.  I mean Halloween - a yearly event my little girls look forward to as much as Christmas morning.

Months before Halloween, they give suggestions on who they want to dress up as.  This year, Pot wanted to go as Harley Quinn (too scary and sexy to materialize).  They went with fairies instead.

The office theme was Disney and Fairies.  For one afternoon, Tinkerbell sprinkled fairy dust and transformed the workforce into fairies and elves.  Different characters then visited their world - little Peter Pan, Captain Hook and all the rest of the Disney classics.

It is amazing how kids bond instantly when they get together for Trick or Treat. My little girls are normally very shy but when they are in their costumes, they change into friendly beings. Heh.

Pot with new friends, Rapunzel and Angel

Lovely, lovely place. Where do we get treats next, Mom?

Did this fairy fell off her world?  She looks on and wonders herself.

Much of the success of these events lie on the capable hands of the organizers.  My colleague, Nette, dressed up as Tinkerbell.  The kids flock to her for more fairy dust.  Let's fly!

The managers having fun.  Thank you for making this a memorable time for the little kids.

Did I mention the stellar cast who happen to be the organizers as well?

Let us not forget the treats. Halloween morning, I have two happy kids!  Sugar rush, here we come!

Trick or treat!  Have fun everyone. :)

  6. It's nice to see the companies are still doing this back home. When i was still working in a call center sa Pinas, they did this gig. But I was still single at that time, so hindi ko na-enjoy hahaha! But now that I'm married, wala naman na akong masalihan na mga ganitong trick or treating event :( sayang. Visiting from CommEx 10/23.
